Ohio Karate Club – Automatic Payment & Non-Refundable Monthly Fee Policy

Applies to: All students enrolled in monthly karate training programs

Upon enrolling at Ohio Karate Club, all students agree to automatic monthly charges of $105 to the credit card, debit card, or bank account on file, with no further invoice or approval required before each payment. All monthly tuition fees are strictly non-refundable and non-proratable, regardless of student absences, injury, illness, studio closures due to weather or public health orders, personal schedule conflicts, or withdrawal during a month. If a payment is declined, the club will notify the student immediately via email or text; a $15 late fee will be added if the issue is not resolved within three calendar days, and training access will be suspended after seven days if the account remains unpaid. To stop future auto-payments, a written cancellation request must be submitted at least 14 days before the next billing date. Ohio Karate Club reserves the right to change the monthly tuition or this policy with 30 days’ advance notice, posted in the studio and sent via email. By providing a payment method and continuing enrollment, each student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

Ohio Karate Club – Grading Fee Policy

The grading fee at Ohio Karate Club is non-refundable once it has been paid. This applies regardless of the outcome of the test. If a student does not pass the grading examination, they will have the opportunity to reschedule and retake the test; however, the student must repay the full grading fee in order to do so. No refunds or fee waivers will be issued for failed or rescheduled attempts.
