The Druk Shito Kai Annual Black Belt Testing for 2026 will be held from July 31 to August 2, 2026, in Fargo, North Dakota, USA. This premier event will be conducted under the direction of the Druk Shito Kai Technical Director, Shihan Rabino (WSKF 7th Dan), WSKF representative of the USA. The weekend kicks off on July 31 and continues through August 1 with an intensive seminar focused on advanced kihon (basics), kata (forms), bunkai (application), and sparring strategies tailored for black belt candidates and senior instructors seeking to refine their skills. Participants will have the opportunity to deepen their understanding of Shitoryu principles while receiving direct guidance from Shihan Rabino. The seminar will culminate on August 2 with the highly anticipated black belt testing, where candidates will demonstrate their proficiency in all aspects of the art, including physical technique, mental fortitude, and theoretical knowledge. This annual event marks a significant milestone for candidates and celebrates martial arts excellence within the Druk Shito Kai community.
