PHOENIX, AZ – The Druk Shito-Kai Technical Committee has successfully completed a comprehensive instructor review and certification seminar under the guidance of the distinguished Shihan Rabino. The intensive training took place from January 23rd to January 25th, 2025, marking a significant step in the committee’s development.
This pivotal session was the culmination of a year-long commitment to excellence, during which the charter members engaged in continuous online and in-person training. Acting as private students to Shihan Rabino, their focus was on refining advanced techniques, deepening their understanding of karate ethics, and strengthening the character required for leadership.
The three-day intensive was filled with in-depth reviews and precise corrections, designed to align the technical committee’s standards with those of the JKF Shito Kai USA and the World Shito Ryu Karate Federation. This rigorous process was essential for the group’s official certification and the prestigious awarding of the Karate-do Shito Kai USA affiliation.
